Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

  • ⅓ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut in small pieces
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Cooking Directions

  1. Place green beans in a microwave-safe bowl. Top with garlic, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with butter and crumbled bacon. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on high until beans are tender, about 4 minutes. Stir before serving.
