Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (such as Bragg®)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine mushrooms, avocado oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss to coat. Transfer to the air fryer bowl.
  3. Cook mushrooms in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally.
The mushrooms should be all about the same size; I have a smaller air fryer. The mushrooms will cook faster in a larger model, so check frequently.
